- MLS listing with up to 8 photos for 6 months Your property will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service, a database available to all licensed real estate brokers and agents only, for 6 months. You will email us up to eight photos of your property to be posted with your listing. Once you choose the package, you will be asked to enter your property information so that we can create the listing. Your credit card will be charged and we will send you, by email or fax, a listing agreement which you will sign and fax back to us. We cannot post your listing until we have received a signed copy of the listing agreement. The agreement specifies that we are your agent to represent you on the MLS for the chosen fee. Once we have received your signed listing agreement, we will complete the contract by adding you to the MLS.
- Three yard signs and stands We will send you an 18”h x 24”w white corrugated plastic sign with your phone number on it, along with a metal frame to advertise the sale of your property. You will also receive two 9”h x 24”w signs, one directional HOME FOR SALE sign and one OPEN HOUSE sign for when you hold open houses or viewings of your property. Two 24” wire stands that the smaller sign slide into are included as well.
- 3-5 comparable properties We can send you 3-5 recent selling prices of properties similarly in your area if available.
- A literature dispenser Often times, people drive by properties they are interested in and scramble to look for a pen and paper to take down the number. The literature dispenser allows you to put out flyers for the convenience of potential buyers. The dispenser comes with either screws or plastic ties, either of which can be easily used with the metal stand.
- 50 Color Flyers We will create and send you 50 quality color flyers with pictures of and information about your property that you can dispense to potential buyers.
- Packet of Mandatory California Disclosures In addition to the Real Estate Transfer Disclosure Statement, which involves documenting of all visual and known defects found on your property, you may have to disclose information about environmental hazards, ordinances, and special taxes. You will also receive printed material that includes natural hazard, lead paint, flooding and earthquake disclosures.
